client anonymity
All persons who may buy artwork from SS Murray Art will have the choice to remain anonymous, however the customer must request this anonymity at the point of purchase.

Failure to request anonymity may result in your details being used in advertising or other forms of marketing or mail distribution.

purchases and returns.​

All artworks will be sold with certificates of authenticity signed and dated by the artist unless otherwise agreed with the customer prior to distribution.

Any purchase price agreed inclusive of postage and packaging must be paid in full prior to any distribution of your purchase being made by SS Murray Art.

All artworks will be distributed using secure postal services with signitures required on receipt at the postal address submitted by the customer.

SS Murray Art will take no responsibility for any purchases being lost in postage if incorrect information in respect of postal address is submitted by customer.

All reasonable efforts will be taken to ensure that all works of art are appropriately packaged to ensure that works arrive with the customer in good condition. Packaging may take various formats dependant on works purchased and delivery address.

We will endeavour distribute all purchased works to the customer within 48 hrs of purchase and confirm the approximate delivery time to the customer by email. If we are unable to comply with this time schedule at any time due to vacation breaks or other unavoidable reasons for delays in distribution we will inform the customer by email as soon as possible.

Customers will be allowed a 14 day period from receipt of their purchased artwork during which they may choose to return said work of art, however no payment will be refunded until such times as the art work has been received by ourselves in good condition. 

It will be the customers responsibility to re-package the work to ensure no damage is caused during the return postage, it will also be the customers responsibility to pay the return postage costs unless otherwise agreed in advance with SS Murray Art.
